A few useful details, so you can get back to writing.
Import and export.
Paste plain text or Markdown, or import UTF-8 .txt and .md files. PDF, Word, images, and URL imports are not supported. The document limit is 20,000 words, 500 paragraphs, or 2 MB of normalized content. Files have a 10 MB transport limit.
Copy exports your current accepted draft, not a pending candidate. You can copy with basic formatting or download .md and .txt. Formatting can vary between publishing tools; plain-text export remains a reliable fallback.
Where did my rewrite go?
An active job ID is saved in your browser. Refreshing reconnects to the same run, and a finished candidate can be recovered without a second charge. Guest server content is retained for at most 24 hours. Signed-in candidates are retained for 30 days, while accepted saved writing remains until deletion.
If your browser is offline, your recovery buffer keeps the local draft for 24 hours of inactivity. Avoid clearing browser storage before copying unsynced writing. Signed-in autosave shows saving, saved, or conflict states. A conflict never silently overwrites another tab.
I disagree with an edit.
Choose Keep original on the change card. That decision stays with the candidate. If you already accepted it, use Undo in the draft toolbar, restore a saved version, or edit manually.
Report consequential meaning changes through a private support case. You can include a job reference and only the excerpt you choose to share. Do not include confidential third-party material without permission.
Words, renewals, and refunds.
Usage & billing shows the remaining balance, grants, expiry dates, and activity. Subscription words expire at renewal. Top-up credits remain until spent or reversed. Failed or blocked rewrites release their reservation.
Cancel future renewal in Usage & billing without contacting support. For duplicate charges or material service failures, open a billing case or email polostudio.brand@gmail.com. Refunds are reviewed on the actual issue, subject to applicable consumer rights and payment-provider rules.
