Terms of Service

The service and your responsibility.

HumanizationAI, operated by PoloStudio, helps edit existing English-language writing. You are responsible for your account activity, the material you submit, and the final decision to use or publish output. You must own the content or have permission to process it with the service and its model providers.

Automated editing can make mistakes. Source-preservation and semantic checks do not independently verify facts, establish authorship, guarantee detector outcomes, eliminate plagiarism, or promise search rankings. Review consequential claims and attribution before publishing.

Your writing remains yours.

You retain your rights in submitted writing and approved samples. You grant the limited permission needed to store, process, and return the requested work. We do not claim your draft as ours, use it for cross-customer training by default, or publish it as a testimonial or example without permission.

Do not submit unlawful content, abuse access controls, impersonate another person without permission, infringe third-party rights, or use automation to evade free-preview or account limits. Access may be limited where necessary to prevent abuse or protect the service.

Plans and word credits.

Starter costs $15 monthly for 20,000 words; Creator costs $29 monthly for 50,000. A $9 top-up grants 10,000 words without recurring billing. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. Subscriptions renew at the selected monthly price until canceled.

Successful validated rewrites consume selected editable input words once. Failed, blocked, no-change, or canceled-before-completion jobs do not consume words. Internal verification attempts do not multiply the charge. A user-requested new rewrite is a new run. A valid delivered edit still counts if you reject it as a stylistic preference.

Subscription words expire at the next billing boundary; top-ups do not expire while the account exists unless refunded, reversed, or affected by deletion. A one-time verified trial expires 14 days after signup. Current limits and balances are displayed in the application.

Cancellation, plan changes, and refunds.

Cancel future renewal from Usage & billing. Your current paid period continues, and existing documents, manual editing, copy, and exports remain available after cancellation. Plan changes start at the next renewal; top-ups provide immediate extra balance.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the issue and payment-provider rules. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment processing.

Availability and changes.

The product is an early release. Network failures, model-provider outages, or preservation checks can prevent a rewrite. Your original is kept separate from candidates, and unsuccessful runs release reserved words. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that an edit will suit every preference.

Material changes to price, allowances, or these terms will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel before they apply. Previously paid periods are honored. For support or a legal notice, contact polostudio.brand@gmail.com.
